Education
Mr. Stewart received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1994 from the University of Oregon, where he majored in Political Science. Mr. Stewart was one of only ten members of the School of Political Science selected to participate in the Senior Seminar Program. Mr. Stewart earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Oregon School of Law, in Eugene, Oregon. While at Oregon School of Law, he received the Statement of Completion for Studies of Intellectual Property from the University of Oregon Intellectual Property Law Program.

Mr. Stewart is licensed to practice law in the State of Hawaii and in the U.S. District Court, District of Hawaii. He is a member of the Hawaii State and American Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Intellectual Property Section of the American Bar Association.
