Sianha Gualano joined Kobayashi Sugita & Goda in 2021 and focuses her law practice in construction litigation, commercial litigation, condominium association, and labor and employment.
Sianha Gualano joined Kobayashi Sugita & Goda in 2021 and focuses her law practice in construction litigation, commercial litigation, condominium association, and labor and employment.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Gualano served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mark J. Bennett of the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. Ms. Gualano also joins the firm with previous experience as a litigation associate having practiced in a broad range of matters. She has assisted with the representation of various clients from real estate developers to financial institutions.
Education
A magna cum laude graduate of William S. Richardson School of Law, Ms. Gualano served as Co-Editor in Chief and staff editor of the University of Hawaii Law Review. During law school, Ms. Gualano was a two-time member of Richardson’s Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Team, including the 2016 team that received the award for best memorials in the U.S. Pacific Region. She was also awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Debtors’ and Creditors’ Rights.
Ms. Gualano received a B.A. in Religion and International Conflict Management, summa cum laude, from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. She was a Regents Scholarship recipient and is a member of the U.H. Manoa’s Phi Beta Kappa chapter.

Ms. Gualano is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in the State of Hawaii.
