Mr. Oda received his Business Administration degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. He earned his Juris Doctorate from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific in 1986. He earned his LL.M. in Taxation from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific in 1987.
