Erik D. Olson is an Associate with the firm, specializing in commercial litigation and condominium/community association law.



Mr. Olson studied law at Cornell Law School and the Humboldt Universität zu Berlin.  He graduated with a joint J.D./Masters of German and European Law and Legal Practice (M.LL.P.) in 2005. During the M.LL.P. program, he worked for both small and multinational law firms and performed an internship with the lobbyists for an insurance association in Brussels, Belgium.


Before joining the firm in 2018, Mr. Olson practiced condominium and community association law with Ekimoto & Morris, LLLC in Honolulu.  He also has been a deputy prosecuting attorney for the County of Maui, Hawaii. 


Prior to law school, Mr. Olson was a graduate student in philosophy at the Freie Universität Berlin as a fellow of the Hanns-Seidel-Stiftung (Hanns Seidel Foundation).
